Language Program
The Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) Program is funded by the Government of Canada to provide free language training to eligible adult immigrants.
In addition to classroom language instructions, LINC program also offers computer training, field trips, workshops / presentations with settlement related topics to facilitate their social, cultural, economic and political integration into Canada so that they may become participating members of Canadian society as quickly as possible.

All Day Classes - Level 1 to Level 6

Evening Classes - Level 2 to Level 6
Monday to Thursday
5:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Weekend Classes - Level 3 to Level 6
Saturday

Eligibility
Services are provided to all newcomers who meet any of the following criteria according to Citizenship and Immigration Canada:
- A person in any immigrant category or class who is either a permanent Resident of Canada but who has not become a Canadian citizen; or
- A protected Person as defined in Section 95 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA); or
- A person in Canada, whose application for Permanent resident status is being processed in Canada, and who has been informed, by a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada, of the initial approval of the application subject to an admissibility assessment.
- An individual who has been assessed by a qualified assessor as eligible to receive language training. To access LINC services, persons must be legal school-leaving ages within their applicable province or territory
